We are excited to welcome you to our Burlingame Dental Arts family. We want you to have the best experience possible, so never hesitate to ask us questions you may have. Your First Visit
When you arrive to our office, you will receive a warm greeting and be guided back to one of our treatment rooms. Your dental assistant will ask you some questions, go over your health history and medications you’re taking, and take any X-rays if needed.
The next part of your treatment will be with your dentist. After reviewing your X-rays and gum pocket measurements, as well as completing their own exam, they will chat with you about your goals, their findings, and any needed treatments. They will make sure you get a chance to ask any questions you may have as well.
Lastly, you’ll return to our front desk to go over your treatment plan. You’ll have the chance to speak with a treatment coordinator about the cost, dental insurance, and financing options, and we will schedule your procedure.
Dental Insurance Welcome
Our practice accepts dental insurance and works with select PPO plans. To learn more, please contact us. Following your appointment, we will submit claims on your behalf to maximize your reimbursement and help you make the most of your benefits.
Financing is Available
If you’re uninsured or underinsured, our practice works with CareCredit to allow you to split the cost of your care into smaller monthly payments. Pay Online
If you have an outstanding balance, you can make a payment to your account using our secure online payment portal. Simply click on the link below, fill out the payment form, and your payment amount will be immediately reflected on your account.
